Power and Performance
Every Accent derives its power from a 1.6-liter inline-4, an engine that makes 120 horsepower and 113 pound-feet of torque: plenty of power to get this subcompact sedan moving swiftly into traffic. The base SE model comes standard with a six-speed manual transmission, but the continuously variable transmission (CVT) is optional. The SEL and Limited trim models come standard with the CVT.
